Accessibility statement

Care teams and families using our products have a wide range of access needs. This statement sets out what we do, what we know isn't right yet, and how to tell us when something blocks you.

Maintained by Ivy Technology Ltd. Last reviewed August 2026. This is our own assessment, not an independent accessibility audit.

What we do

  • We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA as our design target across the website and both products.
  • Pages use semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate structure.
  • Interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard, with visible focus styles.
  • Colour combinations are chosen for contrast, and colour is never the only way information is conveyed.
  • Forms use visible labels, plain-language help text and errors that name the field and the fix.
  • Layouts reflow on small screens and support browser zoom and text resizing.

Known limitations

  • Some prototype dashboard tables scroll horizontally on narrow screens; we are improving the small-screen presentation.
  • The full assistive-technology audit of Ivy RM and the professional dashboard is still in progress, so we do not yet claim a completed conformance assessment.
  • Documents uploaded by other organisations, such as scanned evidence, may not be accessible; we cannot change files we did not create.

Tell us about a barrier

Email info@ivycareconnect.co.uk or call Kim on 07594 933397 or Rosie on 07951 027548. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within one working day and will offer an alternative way to complete the task while we fix the issue.
